Governors' Effectiveness Questionnaire - 2018

Every year we ask our governors to complete a questionnaire, for you to "self-assess" how effective you feel you feel you are in your role.  The second section of the questionnaire assesses the effectiveness of the Council of Governors as a whole.

Please complete both sections and add any comments you’d like to make at the end of each section.  Please submit your response by Friday 29 June.

Thank you for your support.
