Top rating for knee and hip surgery

Patients undergoing hip and knee surgery at the Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust are getting some of the best care in the country, latest figures show.

In a recent PROMs survey (Patient Reported Outcome Measures) the Trust has emerged amongst the top four performing Trusts in the country for its knee surgery outcomes and is also amongst the best for hips.

12.12.12 baby Ivy

Baby Ivy May James arrived four days late and has the very rare birthday of 12.12.12.

Her mum Jade, from Savile Park, Halifax,  has named the 7lb 10 oz tot after her great, great grandmother, who passed away this summer.
