The Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust is putting on a series of ‘ A day in the life of’ events over the coming months, to allow people who have joined the Foundation Trust as members, to find out more about the work of doctors and nurses.
In June, the Trust’s Lead Infection and Prevention Control Nurse, Jean Robinson and Senior Infection Prevention and Control Nurse, Christine Berry will talk about a day for staff working in the infection prevention and control team and the measures undertaken to prevent and control infections in hospitals and the wider health community.
The talks will be held on Tuesday, June 12 at the Huddersfield Royal Infirmary and Monday, June 18 at the Calderdale Royal Hospital. The talks start at 6pm, finishing at approximately 7pm. Registration and refreshments will be at 5.30pm.
Anyone who is already a member of the Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust is welcome to attend. Places must be booked in advance by emailing membership@cht.nhs.uk or calling the membership office on 01484 347342.
