Training and Development Programme for Professionals
The Children’s Therapy service provides training and professional development for professionals working with children with communication, physical and developmental needs.
We currently offer training to schools in the Huddersfield and Halifax areas in Supporting Vocabulary Skills, Supporting Narrative Skills, Social Communication and Supporting Pupils who Stammer. In Halifax, Early Years setting training is run jointly with the Specialist Language and Learning Support (SLLS) Teachers.
