Our Charity received a letter with a cheque for £1,000 recently following super care in A&E at HRI. The letter read:
"We enclose a donation of £1000 in gratitude for the sympathetic, timely and considerate welcome we received from your staff at a particularly busy time...all at a time when under extreme pressure and stress. It was an impressive experience"
Charity Manager, Emma Kovaleski, said “It is such a beautiful letter and highlights first-hand the amazing care our colleagues continue to provide.”
