2024 National Staff Survey results published

Published on:

Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust’s results from the national NHS Staff Survey 2024 have been published, with almost 2,300 staff sharing their views about working at the Trust.

The survey results link to key elements and themes of the NHS People Promise and the feedback is used to continue to improve staff experiences, services and patient care.

The results show that that we have also seen a significant increase in the number of colleagues who had an appraisal in the past year, and a greater number of our staff feel we act fairly on career progression.

You can see the survey results on the NHS Staff Survey website.

We share our thanks as always to our staff for sharing their views with us.
