During the past few weeks we have been experiencing some longer waiting times to get through to our appointment centre.
We have recruited a number of additional staff to ease the problem and we are now seeing the waits reduce.
As a further measure we now have this email address <link>appointments@cht.nhs.uk. for patients wanting to cancel or reschedule their outpatient appointment.
We are very sorry for the delays in getting through and thank our patients for bearing with us during this time.
