Our latest cohort of Project Search interns have graduated, after spending a year working in various roles across the Trust.

Project Search is a year-long supported internship at CHFT, helping young adults aged 18-25 with learning disabilities and autism spectrum conditions gain valuable work experience.

Job Coach, Tracey Thompson, pictured kneeling on the left, said: "We would like to say an massive thank you to all of the staff at CHFT, ISS and CHS who have helped and supported these young adults over the last year.

"They have all grown in confidence, matured, gained valuable work experience, and become independent. Some have gained employment already and the others have interviews lined up. It's amazing to be a part of their journey and watch them achieve their goals, something we couldn't do without the amazing colleagues right across CHFT who make the interns feel like a part of the team.

"Thanks again to everyone, you are all a real credit to the Trust. And we'll see you in September when we welcome the next set of interns."
