Dr Sarah set to chair conference in December

Acute medicine consultant and our Trust Lead for Physician Associates (PA) Dr Sarah Hoye, pictured pre-Covid, is to chair the “Supporting & Developing the Role of the Physician Associate” conference in December.

The conference is designed to continue to develop the scope and integration of the PA role, as well as supporting organisations nationally to start considering PAs as part of their workforce.

General Manager, Rhianedd Hurley, said: “Sarah has been our lead for Physician Associates for three years and has been instrumental in implementing and developing the PA role at CHFT, as well as working closely with Health Education England to continue the National progress of the PA role.

“Her passion and commitment to her role means we think she’ll do a great job Chairing – well done on your appointment Sarah and thank you for continuing to raise the profile of CHFT!”
