Here’s Ash, Josh and Usmaan - former Project SEARCH colleagues - and now fulltime CHFT colleagues.
All three started on work placement at CHFT lasting 10 weeks.
Project lead, Tracey Thompson, said: “Project SEARCH started in CHFT back in 2017, and thanks to the help and support of so many of the wonderful staff here 16 of the young people who joined the program have gained paid employment, nine of those within the Trust itself. This is amazing and we full appreciate every single person who has helped out over the years.
