The Board of Directors of Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust and Calderdale and Huddersfield Solutions limited announce that on 1St September 2018 estates, facilities and procurement services transferred from Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust to the newly established Calderdale and Huddersfield Solutions Ltd. Calderdale and Huddersfield Solutions Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Foundation Trust with all surplus funds being reinvested back in to the NHS.
Philip Lewer, Chair of the Trust said:
“This is a major step for the Trust and the Board has taken time to ensure that the arrangements will continue to provide safe, effective and high quality services as well as protecting the interests of those colleagues who are transferring into the new organisation. Staff within the Trust will continue to work closely with CHS colleagues to provide compassionate care to all our patients and CHS will continue to be an important part of the Trust’s family.”
