Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust’s results from the national NHS Staff Survey 2023 have been published today, with more than 2,700 staff sharing their views about working at the Trust.
The survey results link to key elements and themes of the NHS People Promise and the feedback is used to continue to improve staff experiences, services and patient care.
The results show that our scores for staff morale and engagement have seen another improvement on last year, demonstrating that colleagues feel more involved with the Trust.
