Alongside a review of CHFT’s financial accounts, Quality and Patient Experience will be two of the themes for this year’s meeting, including an overview of recent CQC reviews, looking at areas of excellence, improvements already made and areas that may need additional focus.

There will also be a look ahead at the exciting plans taking shape as part of the Foundations for the Future programme, looking back at key milestones and the work coming up in plans to transform hospital and community services.

Before the AMM, people will have the opportunity to meet colleagues from the Southgate Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC), which opened its doors earlier this year, joining the CDC in Halifax in helping more local patients get care closer to home. People are invited to attend the showcase between 2pm and 3pm. The AMM will start at 3pm and finish at 4.30pm.

The AMM will be held in Rooms 3 and 4, on the top floor of Acre Mills Outpatients Department, Acre Street, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, HD3 3EB.
