Performance Update 31-10-2022

The Trust has currently received welcome news in terms of the latest national performance figures in several key areas.  We are:

  • The best performing acute Trust in the country for 62-day cancer referrals
  • One of just three Trusts in the country to meet all urgent cancer referrals since 2019
  • We are 7th best nationally for seeing patients within four hours in our Emergency Departments

We have also been progressing excellent work to reduce the waiting lists for our patients waiting for planned surgery  as a result of Covid.

With Covid still with us and winter – with all its challenges -  ahead we thank everyone here at CHFT for coming together and providing an amazing service for our patients in Calderdale and Kirklees.
