Maintenance at CRH and access to the hospital - weekend disruption

Our main entrance and the roundabout that leads to Calderdale Royal Hospital, will be closed for maintenance for the next two weekends.

You will not be able to enter the hospital through the main entrance. We would ask wheelchair users to park in the A&E or Women’s and Children’s car parks and use these entrances for safe access into the building.

The work is taking place on Saturday 20th, Sunday 21st, Saturday 27th and Sunday, 28th January, between 7.30am and 5.30pm on all four days.

The main car park will remain open, but it will mean walking around the building to access the hospital.

Our estates staff will be marshalling traffic, so that people are aware how to exit the main car park, as the roundabout will be closed to traffic.

We kindly ask our patients, visitors and colleagues to enter via the A&E car park, or the Women's and Children's entrances.

There will be signage in place.

We thank you as ever for your patience.
