Maternity records are kept on a separate system to your general health records for which there is not yet a patient portal.

Why can't I see them?

Fertility records have to be kept secured from any other health records and can only be accessed by staff who work at Yorkshire Fertility. 

  • Some investigations and results

Why cant I see them?

Some investigations and results are not available to patients to view because they may need to be explained to you by a clinciian.
