How to refer

For health professionals:

Please refer new patients to plastics via plastic surgery (breast major). Plastic Surgery can be found on the NHS e-referral service. With some referrals we may require more information to ensure that it complies with the commissioning guidelines but we will inform you of this or if there are any other potential disruptions to the pathway. If you have any queries before referring a patient you can send these through Advice and Guidance on NHS e-Referral Service.

If you would like to be considered for any of our services, you will first need to speak with your doctor and and ask for a referral into our service
