Take a walk, grab some air and feel refreshed!
Walking is a great way to improve your overall health. Just 30 minutes a day can increase cardiovascular fitness, strengthen bones, reduce excess body fat, and boost muscle power and endurance. Check out the links to help you to keep your walking on track:
We’ve also teamed up with Living Streets, the UK charity for everyday walking, and West Yorkshire Combined Authority’s CityConnect to support us to get more active. Take a look at their walking route maps around CRH and also HRI.
