The Amsler Chart is found below.
Cover one eye with your palm of the hand and focus on the centre dot with your uncovered eye.
- If any lines are bent, wavy, missing or blurry
- If any boxes different in size, shape from others.
- If there are missing or dark areas on the grid.
- For those who already had blurring, distortion or missing areas: if any one of them gets worse than your last eye clinic visit.
