Service hours
The service is currently delivered over 7 days during the working hours of 8 am to 5.30 pm approx.
The team, however, are very flexible in their care delivery and service hours are changeable to accommodate pre-school and after school visits beyond 5.30 pm. The time frame is always negotiated on an individual family basis, staffing permitted. The team also offer an on-call service provision to children and families for palliative care and terminal life end care support.
