Car parking information

Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) technology is in use in our car parks at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary and Acre Mills Outpatients.

Your number plate will be registered by the system when you arrive. This means you will need to enter your car’s registration number into the pay machine before you leave the car park. More information can be found below.

If you require guidance, please contact our reception staff. If Acre Mills is closed when you come to pay, please use the machine in the main entrance at HRI or in the overflow car park next to Acre Mills (which is accessed next to the Wire Works public house).

If you are travelling to an appointment or visiting by car, please allow extra time for parking, as the car parking spaces fill up quickly during peak times.

The first 30 minutes are free to allow drop-offs and pick-ups

Up to 2 hours: £3.50
