Improvements

Based on the feedback comments that we received; we will look to improve our services by:

  • Reviewing our patient information leaflets to ensure that they contain information relating to how long an appointment will take and more detail as to what will happen during the appointment.
  • As part of replacement equipment projects we have planned, we will review our departmental signage.
  • We will continue to explore options to enable patients to book their own appointments.

Based on feedback received, we have already:

  • Ensured that all our receptions have a receptionist in attendance at all times.
  • Introduced digital appointment letters.
