Here at CHFT our colleagues pride ourselves on providing quality care with compassion for our local communities in Greater Huddersfield and Calderdale.

We are also very proud of our role in the wider healthcare region working closely with our partners in hospitals, Place Based Partners and Intergrated Care Board (ICB), councils and the voluntary sector across West Yorkshire.

CHFT is one of the six acute Trusts in West Yorkshire which make up West Yorkshire Association of Acute Trusts. (WYAAT) Our acute hospital partners are Airedale, Bradford, Leeds, Mid-Yorks and Harrogate.

And WYAAT is part of an even bigger group of partners in the West Yorkshire and Harrogate Health and Care Partnership (WYHCP).

The aim is to provide overall better lifelong healthcare for our combined population of 2.6m residents across West Yorkshire - providing the best start in life and the best care afterwards to help them live longer and age well.
