Organisational Structure

CHFT delivers healthcare from two hospitals, centres in the community and from people’s homes. Our Trust is split operationally into six divisions:

Additionally , our Wholly Owned Subsidiary, Calderdale and Huddersfield Solutions Ltd provide estates, facilities, procurement and Medical Engineering services to the Trust.
